Cycling: |
- Teams will be required to provide their own bikes for the event. Bikes must be in safe working order.
Bikes must be Mountain Bikes for the Mad Dash.
Bikes can be Mountain or Road bike for the Mini Mad Dash.
- Helmet must be worn at all times during biking sections.

- Each team will be provided with boats and paddles will be available.
You may bring your own paddles.
